Sounds of the Heart’s Return: A Toolkit

Did you know the humpback whale has a unique nano sized wire system design in the heart? Scientists believe that if we replicate that system in some way that could be the key to saving the many lives of patients with heart disease on pacemakers! Did you also know that whales have spindle cells? Our own spindle cells are credited with allowing us to feel love amongst other feelings? There are so many incredible lessons we have learned from whales, and much more in common with them then we tend to be aware of. “Sounds of the Heart” is our whale call, a way for us to break through to people’s hearts and help provide tools to reconnect with their bodies. We post about anything from somatic techniques, helpful self-discovery journal prompts, and much more. We work with professionals from varying specialties to amplify awareness of educational tools and techniques to help further connect with yourself. Currently, we are scouting writers for our toolkit segment, so please use the “Contact” page if you are an artist, spiritualist, environmentalist, or any sort of specialist and believe thatThe goal is to provide free, easily accessible resources to help you maintain your energetic, mental, and physical health. Join to the Pod to become a member and gain free access to our online toolkit, and to begin listening a little more closely to the sounds of your own heart.
